Buenos Aires. 1928. It’s midnight. Roberto Arlt (one of the most renowned Argentine writers) rests as today’s edition of the newspaper Crítica goes to press. An errand boy interrupts him bringing in a letter from Anna Ivanova: just another suicide note of the many that are posted to Crítica. Once again, Arlt must go on the hunt for a sensationalist story.
